I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field and Master Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Many of the adults I work with grew up in Christian environments where responsibility, resilience, and self-control were emphasized — often at the expense of emotional rest and safety.

Even after prayer, personal growth work, or years of traditional talk therapy, they may still feel anxious, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
